The house is built of peeled fir tree logs. It is a residential house. Logs are joined at the corners with a saddle notch and alternately cut (staggered) tails. Tails have accented flared butt logs. Basic impregnation serves as a protection of the house. Windows are triple pane and made of spruce. Upstairs there is a frame construction with larch façade. The roof is made of bricks and has roof windows. Modern architecture is also encompassed in two balconies that serve as shading in the summer time.
The house has three storeys. The downstairs, which is without a concrete slab, consists of a kitchen with a living room. In order to let the atmosphere of a log cabin extend to the lower part, the slab is wooden and the ceiling joists are made from logs. The first floor is built entirely from logs and includes 1/4 of a mezzanine which enables us to see the solid construction above from the living room. The attic is used as the playroom and the guest room. This is also where the best view over the surrounding area is.
