The house is built of peeled logs. Because it is a residential home, we decided to go for the saddle notch joint with straight cut tails. The house is protected with three layers of basic impregnation and a final larch colour coating. Windows are triple pane and made of larch. Upstairs there is a frame construction with larch façade. The roof is made of traditional plain round cut tile (bobrovec) and has an uneven finish.
One half of the partition walls is made of drywall and the other half out of solid wood logs. The walls in the first floor are enclosed with larch façade. The house has an enormous mezzanine. The first floor has parquet wood floors while the ground floor has ceramic floor tiles. The house is heated with a heat pump and a fireplace. Straircase is made of spruce and larch treads.
